As Manager you will hold the leadership responsibility for a team of QA Professionals and Principal Scientist. The team has the QA responsibility for the PPV project, which is our new API purification factory in Kalundborg. The main tasks will be to:

Contribute to strategic decisions in the projects representing QA

Have an overview of resources and processes and to adjust according to the needs

Collaborate and influence in all organizational processes and decisions

Ensure individual and team development, as well as a sustainable work environment

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of the department, and you will be part of a dynamic management group. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

A M.Sc. in pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent background
