Your key responsibility will be to:

Maintain an overview, follow up on KPI’s, team performance and set directions for your team.

Guide the team to solve the tasks correctly in a complex environment.

Coordinate and exchange experiences across teams and departments with Maintenance Support and equipment responsible.

Cooperate with the rest of the leader group.

Develop employees and ensure engagement through visible and present leadership.

As a management team member, you will be a front runner in the department and show the way and the right behaviour. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:

Have people management experience.

Have some years of production experience.

Possess GMP and LEAN knowledge.
