The position As our Senior Manager for Material & Supplier Pack QA, you will be responsible for managing a team with highly skilled employees being QA and vendor responsible within primary and printed packaging supplying to all production sites in Novo Nordisk. You will also manage relationships with suppliers to ensure high quality delivery of materials and implement metrics to measure and track quality and supplier performance. We are looking for someone who collaborates and engages employees and stakeholders in always finding the best solutions. Your responsibility In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of highly skilled professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of primary packaging processes. You will also manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and implement metrics to measure and track quality and supplier performance. Qualifications
