We know that you take pride in knowing our drinks menu inside out and keeping up to date, so you can give the best possible advice. And we know that you can juggle without spilling, that for you the glass is always half full and that you spread your positivity throughout the bar. Duties
- The over all bar responsibility on your duty
- Development of the bar's menu
- Mixing and serving drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
- Personal, passionate and professional serving in the bar including upselling
- Ordering and purchasing
- Shift planning
- Maintain a good and active relationship with our suppliers
- Ensure that internal routines and established guidelines in the bar are followed and are part of the operative work
- Receipt of payment and cashing up
- Ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines on alcohol
- Teaching trainees and new colleagues
